Haryana State Council of technical education, Government of Haryana has been constituted vide Haryana in 19 of the law of the year 2008, which received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on 18-04-2008, and the law entered into force after the same has been notified on 6. May 2008 the Government of the State of Haryana in the Government Gazette (Extra). The Constitution and its powers and functions are foreseen in Chapter 3 of this Act.
